White backdrop (2,73m) included in the rental of the studio.
The remaining colors are charged at 15€/color and must be requested in advance.
Reservas
Cancelamento de reservas com menos de 48h implicam o pagamento de 50% do valor do aluguer.
O tempo de aluguer do espaço começa à hora reservada e termina à hora contratada.
Arrumações e limpeza do estúdio devem ser contempladas dentro desse espaço de tempo de modo a evitar horas extra.
O tempo de aluguer tem 15min de tolerância a partir do qual começa a ser contabilizado o valor de hora extra de 75€/hora.
O tempo de aluguer pode ser prolongado no próprio dia, mediante disponibilidade e pelo valor de 75€/h.
Comportamento
Fotografias e filmagens são apenas permitidas dentro do estúdio. Os espaços comuns não são uma extensão do mesmo.
Não é permitido arrastar mobília sem pedido prévio.
Não é permitido colocar material/mobília do estúdio fora do mesmo.
Obrigatória a utilização de proteção de calçado aquando utilização de cicloramas.
Limpeza
O espaço deve ser entregue nas arrumado e limpo, conforme foi entregue.
O incumprimento desta regra poderá ter valores acrescidos.
Não é permitida a utilização de glitter, tintas ou máquinas de fumo.
Não é permitido comer dentro do estúdio.
Não é permitido fumar dentro do estúdio.
Barulho
Barulho/música dentro do estúdio devem ter um volume respeitável para não incomodar os restantes utilizadores do espaço.
O estúdio não é à prova de som e não conseguimos garantir total silêncio para gravações.
Regras Gerais
General Rules
Reservations
Cancelations 48h before the appointment will be charged at 50% of the full price.
The appointment starts and finished at the times mentioned in your reservation and not by the arrival of the team.
Packing and cleaning must be done during that time window in order to avoid extra costs.
The finishing time has 15min tolerance after which an extra hour will be charged at 75€
Rental time might be extended on the day, depending on availability and at 75€/hour.
Behaviour
Shooting and filming is only allowed inside the studio walls. Common areas such as corridors and patios are not included.
It is not permitted to change furniture without previous consent.
It is not allowed to place furniture and/or material outside of the studio walls.
When using paper backdrops it is mandatory to use shoe protection provided by us.
Cleaning
The studio must be organized and cleaned to match the original conditions.
If not, extra charges may apply.
Glitter, paint and smoke machines are not allowed.
It is not allowed to eat inside the studio.
It is not allowed to smoke inside the studio.
Noise
Please keep the noise/music inside the studio at a respectful level in order to avoid interfering with the other users of the co-work space.
The studio is not sound proof and we cannot guarantee total silence.
