Cancelations with less than 48h imply the payment of 50% of the rental value.

Cancelations with less than 24h imply the payment of 100% of the rental value.
Cancelamento de reservas com menos de 24h implica o pagamento de 100% do valor de aluguer.

The rental time starts and ends at the reservation hours and not on arrival.
O tempo de aluguer do espaço começa à hora da reserva e termina à hora contratada.

Tidying and cleaning must be contemplated on the rental time frame.
Arrumações e limpezas do estúdio devem estar contempladas no tempo contratado.

In case of late arrival, the rental time will not change.
Em caso de atraso, o horário reservado não será prorrogado pelo horário do atraso.

The rental time has a 15min frame of tolerance, after which an extra hour will be charged.
O tempo de aluguer do estúdio tem 15 minutos de tolerância a partir dos quais começa a ser contabilizado o valor de hora extra.

Rental times can be extended on the same day, according to availability by 75€/hour.
O tempo de aluguer pode ser prolongado no próprio dia mediante disponibilidade e pelo valor 75€/hora.

If the session finished earlier, the reserved time will still be paid in full.
Se a sessão for concluída antecipadamente, o tempo reservado será pago integralmente.

The elements, such as furniture and props, might be different than the ones presented in the photos of the website.
Os elementos interiores, móveis e outros adereços podem sofrer alterações e diferir das fotografias apresentadas no site.

The studio is equipped with an alarm system 24/7, however we are not responsible for any theft or loss of items that may occur.
O Estúdio está equipado com alarme 24/7, porém não nos responsabilizamos por qualquer furto ou perda de items.

BEHAVIOUR // COMPORTAMENTO

Furniture is not allowed to be moved without previous consent.
Não é permitido arrastar o mobiliário sem pedido prévio.

It is not allowed to move furniture or material outside of the studio.
Não é permitido colocar mobiliário e ou material do estúdio fora do mesmo.

Curtains can only be opened or closed using the cords.
As cortinas só podem ser manuseadas pelos respectivos cursores.

The renter is responsible for any damaged caused to the studio space or equipment and will have to pay for the damaged as well as any transportation needed.
O arrendatário é responsável pelos danos causados ​​​​ao espaço e equipamento no valor dos mesmos, bem como no valor do transporte, se necessário.

The Studio is not responsible for any objects that might be forgotten in our space, but will try to preserve them whenever possible. Found items will be stored for 15 days, after which the studio has the right to tranfer or get rid of them.
O estúdio fotográfico não se responsabiliza pelos objetos deixados no espaço, mas preserva-os sempre que possível. Os itens encontrados depositados e são armazenados por 15 dias, após os quais o Estúdio Fotográfico reserva-se o direito de transferi-los ou descartá-los.

CLEANING // LIMPEZA

The space must be delivered as clean and tidy as it was in the beginning of the rental.
O espaço deve ser entregue nas mesmas condições de arrumação e limpeza em que se encontrava no início do aluguer.

It is completely forbidden to use any type of smoke or fire inside the studio (including electronic cigars, regular cigars and smoke machines).
É totalmente proibido o uso de qualquer fonte de fumo ou fogo (incluindo cigarros electrónicos, cigarros normais e máquinas de fumo).

It is completely forbidden the usage of paint of any kind and glitter.
É expressamente proibida a utilização de tintas e/ou glitter.

It is not permitted to glue or fix any content on the walls. Styrofoam boards are available in the studio to fix moodboards if necessary.
Não é permitido pintar, colar ou afixar qualquer tipo de conteúdo nas paredes. Existem disponíveis esferovites para fixar moodboards se necessário.

If any of the tableware available in the kitchen area is used during the rental, it should be cleaned by the end of it.
Se a loiça da copa for usada, deverá ser lavada no final do aluguer.

NOISE // RUÍDO

Noise/music inside the Studio space might keep a reasonable level to not disturb the neighbours.
Barulho/música dentro do estúdio deve ter um volume respeitável de forma a não incomodar os vizinhos.

The Studio can’t guarantee a noise free environment in order to record audio.
A gravação de som nítido nas instalações do estudio não é garantida.
